2. Contact and enquiries
The contact form asks for a name or organisation, an e-mail address, the service concerned, the site and a description of the task. Please do not include unnecessary special-category or confidential personal data in the free-text field.
The purpose of processing is to evaluate and answer the enquiry, prepare a quotation and hold pre-contractual technical consultations. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, or, for general information requests, the controller's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Enquiries are retained for no more than one year after the consultation is closed. Where a contract is concluded, the statutory retention periods for contractual and accounting records apply.
3. Technical service providers
Website hosting and the technical processing of form submissions are provided by Netlify, Inc. . Netlify's system sends a notification of each submission to GEO-PSY Kft.'s Microsoft Outlook mailbox. The providers act under their own privacy and security terms and, where required, with appropriate transfer safeguards.

4. Cookies and analytics
The website sets no analytics, marketing or tracking cookies, loads no third-party tracking code and does not use advertising profiling. Website traffic is measured server-side, without tracking cookies.
We monitor website traffic using Netlify Web Analytics and aggregated statistics derived from the content delivery network's (CDN) technical logs. We use pageview counts, daily unique visitor counts, country-level distribution, referring pages and missing-resource data to improve the website's content, usability and technical operation.
Netlify determines daily unique visitor counts from IP addresses; GEO-PSY Kft. views aggregated reports in the service's dashboard. The hosting provider handles technical log data under its own privacy and retention terms. The website does not use Google Analytics or advertising tracking.

5. Your rights
You may request information about the processing of your personal data, access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and, subject to the applicable conditions, data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Requests may be sent to geo-psy@outlook.com .
Complaints may be lodged with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Falk Miksa utca 9–11, 1055 Budapest; naih.hu) or with the competent court.
6. Security and changes
The website uses HTTPS, strict browser security headers, spam filtering and access-controlled administration. This notice is updated when services or the legal environment change; the current version is available on this page.
This notice describes the website's current technical operation. Any bespoke processing activity or new marketing tool would require a separate review.
